The dark brown sauce is usually made with over 30 ingredients such as chili peppers, nuts, spices, vegetables, chocolate and many other ingredients. The enigmatic and all-around delicious sauce is laborious and time-consuming to prepare. One of the original moles was made in Puebla, Mexico. The mole is thick and chocolaty in taste!
