We have a 31 day return policy, which means you have 31 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

For your return to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Opened food packaging cannot be returned. The value of the product will be refunded, minus the shipping costs incurred, even if the original order exceeded the free shipping threshold. If the return is due to a change of mind by the customer, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You can also contact us through our social networks, whose links you can find in the footer of our website, provided they offer the direct message function. If we accept your return, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns submitted without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), personalized items (such as special orders or customized products), and personal care products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on offers, digital items or gift cards.

The quickest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return the item and, once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.

refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and let you know whether or not the return is approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and register the refund.
