Right of return and right of withdrawal
We have a 31-day return policy, which means you have 31 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

For your return to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. Opened food packaging is not eligible for returns. The value of the product will be refunded, less any shipping costs incurred, even if the original order exceeded the free shipping threshold. If the return is due to a change of mind by the customer, the customer will bear the shipping costs.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at hola@mexicomagico.de or via our contact form. You can also contact us via our social media channels, whose links you can find in the footer of our website, provided they offer direct messaging. If we accept your return, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns submitted without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), personalized items (such as special orders or custom-made products), and personal care items (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on offers, digital items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to return the item and, once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether it's approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and register the refund.
