Abuelita Chocolate 540 g, fine drinking chocolate. Traditional production from Oaxaca. It can be prepared with water or milk.
The ingredients are ground and mixed and then pressed into chocolate bars. Simply melt the chocolate in hot water or milk and stir it with a traditional mill (a kind of wooden whisk) until it is fluffy. So delicious! Very popular for Día de los Muertos, the Day of the Dead. If you want to imitate the Aztecs and Mayans, add some chili and be inspired by this unique taste experience with a sweet and spicy flavor.
