Topanito Blanco is made from the hearts of the Blue Weber Agave at the family-run Casa Maestri distillery in the Mexican state of Jalisco. These are cooked in traditional brick ovens for 36 hours and then pressed. The fermentation with the addition of yeast produces an agave wine, which is distilled twice in copper stills. Without aging in wooden barrels, the clear tequila is later bottled with an alcohol content of 40% vol. The high-quality Agave Tequila flatters the senses with a fine play of aromas from roasted agaves, citrus freshness and intense fruitiness.
